Janet’s crew includes Lacy’s Switch, a rescue on the verge of being euthanized, who now has MX, MXJ, OF, AAD,CGC, HAS titles. Lacy’s Smarty Jones CGC, SDD, PT, FD –G, a border collie who takes his work very serious, he’s a true competitor. The newcomer, Lacys Surge CGC, NA, NAJ has lots of heart and great potential. The baby in the bunch is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, named Yankeestaff’s Tex. He has started training for multiple sports. What she enjoys most about her dogs is that they are all very different. This requires her as a trainer to always be open minded to new techniques. Especially dealing with the Staffordshire breed, she hopes to show the public that the bulldog breeds can be trained to be very wonderful athletes and companions.. She believes that the one size fits all approach doesn’t work for training. But if people are willing to put in the time, then you are not limited to what you can train any dog to do. Janet demos for local community events encouraging responsible dog ownership based on giving dogs plenty of exercise, good nutrition and love.
